We received your new patient request, here is what to expect next.
Match with your provider
Typically 1 to 2 business days after submissionOnce your selected provider determines if they can accept you as a new patient or we get you matched with a provider, you will get communication of the outcome.
- Accepted: Your provider will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
- Not Accepted: We will contact you and provide an alternative list of providers that are accepting new patients that meet your selected criteria.
(Mental health needs, Insurance networks, etc.)
Access your patient portal
Typically 1 to 2 business days before your first appointmentBefore your first session, you will receive an email invitation from Jane to sign up for your patient portal. The patient portal will be where you will meet with your provider virtually for your online appointments.
If you have not received this email from Jane or have misplaced it, you can manually sign up for the patient portal online here. Be sure to use the email address you included on your new patient request submission.
Provide payment information
Typically 1 to 2 business days before your first appointmentPrior to being able to join your online appointment, you will be prompted to provide payment information you wish to use for your appointments. If you are electing to use your insurance benefits and have not already provided this, you will also be prompted to supply this information too.For additional information related to payments, review the Financial Responsibility & Payment Policy.
You will be prompted to review the payment information and/or insurance information we have on file before each appointment to ensure it is accurate.
Join your appointment
30 minutes prior to your appointmentYou will be sent an email with a link to securely join your appointment online. This link will be sent to the email on file within the patient portal 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your appointment.For additional information or troubleshooting, review the Patient Portal resources.
Didn’t get the link to join your appointment?You can access the secure appointment link by logging into your patient portal, then clicking the Join button.Important Note: This will not be visible in the patient portal if the appointment is greater than 30 minutes in the future.
